Funeral services for Mrs. Ethel Reid Redmond, 90, of Monroe, LA will be held at 
2:00 PM, Thursday, June 4, 2009 at Rowland Road Baptist Church with Rev. Norman 
Bryant officiating. Interment will follow at Mulhearn Memorial Park under the 
direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Monroe.

Mrs. Redmond was born on July 21, 1918 in Eros, LA and passed away on June 1, 
2009 in Monroe, LA. She was a homemaker and member of Rowland Road Baptist 
Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James Redmond, Sr. in 1990, a brother 
and 5 sisters, a grandchild, Sondra Redmond, and a great grandchild, Kelsey 
Sutton.

Mrs. Redmond is survived by her daughter: Glenda Jacobs and husband, Jerral; 
sons: Donald Redmond and wife, Carra, James Redmond, Jr. and wife, Carol, and 
William Mac Redmond and wife, Linda; sister: Doris Davis; 12 grandchildren, and 
a number of great grand children and great-great grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be: Jason Sutton, Stacy Redmond, Lanny Redmond, Tim Redmond, 
Jody Foster, and Mike Redmond.

Honorary pallbearers will be Marty Taylor and Lisa Perkins.

Visitation will be from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Wednesday, June 3, 2009 at 
Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Monroe.
