VERDIA EVELYN ROBERT

Funeral services for Verdia Evelyn Robert, 94, of West Monroe, LA will be 
Tuesday, March 5, 2013 at 2:00 PM at Luna Assembly of God Church, West Monroe, 
with Pastor Joel Brackett and Assistant Pastor Joey Myers officiating. 
Interment will follow services at Luna AGC cemetery under direction of 
Kilpatrick Funeral Home, West Monroe.

Mrs. Robert was born May 3, 1918 in West Monroe, LA and went to be with our 
Lord and Savior on March 1, 2013 following a short illness. Granny was loved by 
family and numerous friends. She was a lifelong member of Luna AGC.

She was preceded in death by her husband E. E. Robert. 

Survivors include two daughters, Ethel Craft and Vera Knowles and husband Ed; 
three sons, Prentiss and wife Loretta Robert, Curtis and wife Dotty Robert, and 
Dale Robert of West Monroe; fourteen grand children; eighteen great grand 
children; ten great-great grand children; one brother, Milton Lenard; and one 
sister, Joyce Booth.

Pallbears will be Jimmy Bailey, Clint Lenard, D. J. Rayner, Kermit Wood, Mike 
Jones and Joey Hodnett, Honorary pallbears are Gerald Hodnett, Alton Downs and 
Ted Foster.

Visitation will be held at Luna AGC on Monday, March 4, 2013 from 5:00 to 8:00 
PM.
