JR. ROBERTS Memorial services for Willard G. Roberts Jr., 64, of Swampers will be 2:00 pm Saturday June 15, 2013 at Lone Pine Baptist Church with Rev. Paul Stevens officiating, under the direction of Gill First National Funeral Home. Visitation will be 12:00pm-2:00 pm at the church. Willard was born to Willard G. Roberts Sr. and Murcell Dickson on January 25, 1949 in Delhi, LA and was called home from this life on June 11, 2013 at his residence in Swampers. Willard was a devoted husband, father, Paw-Paw, and friend. He was a dedicated member of Lone Pine Baptist Church and was a man who loved his family and friends deeply. Willard proudly served his country in Vietnam and went on to have a life long career in the oil field where he was highly respected and retired from Noble Drilling. He was loved and will be missed by all that knew and loved him. He is preceded in death by his parents, brother Harold Ray Roberts, and son Joseph Calderon. Survivors include his wife Gloria Flowers Roberts of Swampers; daughters Jill Rowan and husband Joey of Swampers, Ramona McGee and husband George of West Lake and Winona Crumpton of Texas; sons: Michael Calderon of Swampers and Ronnie Crumpton of Texas; grandchildren: Jeremy, Jace, Jacob, JoeMike, and Jodi Rowan of Swampers; Joseph McGee of Westlake; Michael and Brady Sexton of Illinois; special niece Stacy Russell and husband David of Liddieville and a host of family and friends. Honorary pallbearers include Joey Rowan, Michael Calderon, Ronny Crumpton, Doyle Guy, George McGee and Jeremy Rowan.
