DOYLE L. ROGERS

Funeral services for Doyle L. Rogers, 71, of Rayville, LA will be held 2:00 
PM, Thursday, February 26, 2015 at Boeuf River Baptist Church, Rayville, LA 
with Bro. Willie Weaver and Bro. David Herrington officiating. Interment will 
follow in the Rayville Masonic Cemetery, Rayville, LA under the direction of 
Brown-Holley Funeral Home, Rayville.

Mr. Doyle was born October 19, 1943 in Rayville, LA and passed away Monday, 
February 23, 2015 in Monroe, LA.

Mr. Doyle was a member of the First Baptist Church in Rayville. He enjoyed 
spending time studying History and was a veteran of the Army Reserves. Mr. 
Doyle is preceded in death by his parents, Doyle and Mary Rogers.

Survivors include his wife of 46 years, Pat Dulany Rogers of Rayville, LA; 
children, Todd Rogers of Rayville, LA and Lee Rogers and wife, Donna of 
Rayville, LA; grandchildren, Chelsea Mitchell and husband, Chris, and Brad 
Rogers and wife, Jessica Hunt Rogers; great grandchildren, Christian Mitchell 
and Larkin Mitchell; sisters, Evelyn Jo Pettit and Dixie Livingston and 
husband, Wallace; brother, Billy Cardin and wife, Dianne; and a host of nieces 
and nephews.

Pallbearers are Larry Pettit, Richard Pettit, Rusty Brakefield, Jay 
Livingston, Nick Brakefield, and John Brakefield.

Honorary pallbearers are Dennis McPherson, W.H. Cantrell, Dan Littleton, and 
Scott Brasswell.

The family would like to give a special thanks to Dr. Ross, the Infinity 
Medical Office, Dr. Weinberger, Dr. Barron, and the staff at St. Francis 
Medical Center.

Visitation is 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Wednesday at Boeuf River Baptist Church, 
Rayville, LA
