MARY VIRGINIA HANKS ROSENZWEIG

Mary Virginia Hanks Rosenzweig, age 87, passed away on July 26, 2016 from 
complications related to Alzheimer's disease. Her immediate survivors are son, 
Mike Rosenzweig of Monroe; son, Chuck Rosenzweig of Knoxville, TN; three 
grandchildren; and three great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by son, 
Mark A. Rosenzweig; husband, Bernard H. "Bootsie" Rosenzweig; sister, Billie 
Jean Colvin; and parents, Lonnie Dayton Hanks and Illa Mae Hanks.

Mrs. Rosenzweig was born in Hico, LA. She graduated from Louisiana Polytechnic 
Institute and was a longtime resident of Lake Providence, LA. She served on the 
East Carroll Parish Police Jury and was an employee of the East Carroll Parish 
School Board.

Cox Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements and at Mrs. Rosenzweig's request, 
there will be no memorial or funeral services. Should friends desire, memorials 
may be made to a favorite charity . The family invites you to share your
