ROWE Edmonds Funeral Home Jonesboro, LA Funeral services for Tommy C. Rowe will be held on Wednesday, April 1, 2009, at 4 P.M. at McDonald Memorial Baptist Church in Jonesboro, LA. Officiating will be Bro. Terry Mims and Bro. Joey Bignar. Interment will follow in the Garden of Memories Cemetery in Jonesboro, LA. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 31, 2009, from 4:00 P.M until 8:00 P.M. and Wednesday, April 1, 2009 from 9:00 A.M. until Noon at Edmonds Funeral Home in Jonesboro. Mr. Rowe was born on June 23, 1942 and passed away on Sunday, March 29, 2009. He was 66. Mr. Rowe was employed with Smurfit-Stone Container for 48 years. He was a member of McDonald Memorial Baptist Church. He enjoyed playing golf, duck hunting and loved watching and attending sporting events of all kinds. He was an avid LSU fan. He is survived by his wife; Regina Rowe of Jonesboro, LA.; Four Daughters, Suzann Ford and husband Jamie of Jonesboro, LA., Dee Rowe of Dodson, LA., Amanda Weeks and husband Marty of Jonesboro, LA., Megan Rowe of Alexandria, LA., One Step-Daughter, Melissa Johnson and husband Stacy of Brandon, MS., One Step-Son, Christopher Kohler of Jonesboro, LA., One Sister, Diane Gunn and husband Pete of Jonesboro, LA., Two Brothers, Verlon Rowe of Jonesboro, LA., Joe Rowe of Jonesboro, LA., Seven Grandchildren,Patrick Ford John Clark Ford, Kaleb Causey, Marly and Carson Lee Weeks, Aston and Alli Claire Johnson, One Great-Granddaughter, Gennavive Ford. Mr. Rowe was preceded in death by his parents, Hansel and Kate Rowe, one brother, Jerry Mac Rowe and his nephew, Chris Rowe. Pallbearers will include, Bob Bennett, Andy Brown, Roy Gaines, Reggie Hall, Cliff Hampton, Billy Pipes, Chris Ross, Dan Smith, Robert Stassen and Butch Weaver.
