CLARENCE DEAN JR. ROY

Clarence "Dino" Dean Roy, Jr. of Rayville born April 18, 1976 passed from 
this life unexpectedly Jan. 6, 2015. Funeral services will be Friday Jan. 9 
at 2:00 pm, at Abundant Life Church, Hwy 80, Start, La., with Sister Shirley 
Davidson and Dean Roy, Sr. officiating. Interment will follow at Antioch 
Cemetery, Eros, La.

Dean was preceded in death by his mother, Della Landry Roy and his 
grandfather, Marshall Roy, Sr.

Survivors include his Children, Tyler, Patience, and Gabe Roy. Father, C. 
Dean Roy, Sr. and wife, Patricia. Brothers, Jonathon and Caleb Roy. Sisters, 
Dallas Jackson and Nola Cantrell. Paternal grandmother, Alpha Roy. Maternal 
grandparents, Edward and Betty Landry of Houma, La. Also numerous aunts, 
uncles, and cousins including special aunts, Virginia McKinley and Becky 
McCormick who have gone above and beyond showing their love for Dean in many 
special ways, lending a helping and caring hand.

Pallbearers will be James McCormick, Keith Mayo, Mark Norris, Don Caldwell, 
Karl Benefield, and Luther Sanson. Honorary pallbearers are Kenneth Gallien, 
Billy Davidson, and Chris Nezat.

The family would like to say thank you to our OPSO, State Police, Monroe 
Police Dive Team, and all who assisted in the recovery.

In lieu of flowers any donations for the children or funeral expense would 
be appreciated.
