West Monroe, Louisiana

Funeral Services for Mr. Victor B. Rutledge, 89, of Monroe, LA will be 3:00 PM 
Tuesday, December 16, 2008 at Mt. Vernon Baptist Church with Rev. Rick 
McPhearson officiating. Interment will follow at Rutledge Cemetery.

Mr. Rutledge was born May 28, 1919 and passed away on December 13, 2008. He 
was a member of Mt. Vernon Baptist Church. Mr. Rutledge was an avid fox and 
quail hunter. He loved day lilies. Mr. Rutledge loved to be an prankster. He 
is preceded in death by his wife, Anniece Rogers Rutledge and son, James Edgar 
Rutledge, II.

Survivors include his daughters, Martha Rutledge of West Monroe, LA, Vickie 
Hidalgo and his favorite son-in-law Paul Hidalgo of Springfield, LA; two 
grandchildren, Michael Hidalgo of West Monroe, LA and Jessica Dennis and her 
husband Dave of Springfield, LA.

Pallbearers will be Roger Rutledge, Mike Wheelis, Brack Rutledge, Michael 
Hidalgo, Paul Hidalgo, and Bobby Murphy.

Visitation will be from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM Monday, December 15, 2008 at 
Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe.

Memorials may be made to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
