JERRY LEO SANDIDGE
Young's Funeral Home

Jonesville, LA.

Funeral services for Jerry Leo Sandidge, 71, of Nikiski, AK, will be held at 
New Ouachita Bap tist Church on Tuesday, De cember 28, 2004 at 2:00 PM with 
Bro. George Treutlein and Bro. Shane Duke officiating. In terment will follow 
at Old Catahoula Cemetery under the direction of Young's Funeral Home 
Jonesville.

Mr. Sandidge died Saturday, December 25, 2004 at his Deer Camp in Enterprise, 
LA.

He was a resident of Nikiski, he Coowned and operated with his brother. 
Communication Service Center in Monroe, LA. He farmed in Enterprise, worked as 
an SCR electrican, and a member of the New Ouachita Baptist Church. He served 
in the Air Force during Korean War.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 48 years Melba Robinson, father, 
Ernest Ruby Sandidge, Sr., mother, Minnie Book Sandidge.

Survivors include his son, Jerry Lynn and Amy Sandidge of Alaska; sons: Earnie 
and DeAnna Sandidge of Enterprise, LA, Van and Cindy Sandidge of Holum, LA; 
daughter: Diane Sandidge of Holum, LA; brother: Ernest Sandidge, Jr., of Mon 
roe, LA; sister: Madlon Chisum of Sicily Island. He was also survived by 
fifteen grandchil dren and numerous nieces and nephews.

The pallbearers will be Jerry Smith, Lavon Smith, Calvin Creel, Jim Lewis, 
Wayne Meyers and Beverly Bell.

The honorary pallbearers are Aldon Creel, Lloyd Kirkland, John Ed Bartmas and 
Jeddi McCarthy.

The family will receive at New Ouachita Baptist Church from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM 
Monday, December 27, 2004.
