Funeral services for Mrs. Doris Phillips Satcher, 77, of Monroe, LA will be 
held at 10:00 AM Wednesday, August 19, 2009 in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral 
Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe with Rev. Willie T. Welch and Beth Chandler 
officiating. Interment will follow at Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery.

Mrs. Satcher passed away Monday, August 17, 2009. She was a member of 
Lakeshore Baptist Church, Ladies Hope Sunday School Class and she was a 
Beacon. She was a native of Farmerville, LA, but was a resident of Monroe, LA. 
She was in the banking industry as a Bank Teller for thirty-three years.

Survivors include her husband of fifty-nine years, Milton Satcher; two 
sisters, Glenda Moran and husband Ken and Mollie Lynn and husband Gobel; one 
niece and nephew, Pamela and Jeffrey Lynn.

Pallbearers will be the Deacons of Lakeshore Baptist Church.

Visitation will be from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM Tuesday, August 18, 2009 at 
Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe.

Memorials may be made to Lakeshore Baptist Church or Louisiana Baptist 
Children's Home
