FAYE SATERFIEL
FARRAR FUNERAL HOME

Farmerville, LA.

Funeral services for Mrs. Faye Saterfiel of West Monroe, LA will be held 
Saturday, July 12, 2008 at 11:00 AM at Conway Baptist Church, located in the 
Conway Community near Farmerville, with burial to be in the church cemetery. 
Services are under the direction of Farrar Funeral Home of Farmerville, LA

Mrs. Saterfiel passed away Wednesday, July 9, 2008 at the age of 93 years and 
1 day. She was born July 8, 1915 in Union Parish to her parents James Perry 
and Ada Green Kennedy.

She was preceded in death by her parents; 4 brothers; her husband of almost 70 
years, Rev. Hermon Saterfiel; her eldest son, James Hermon and his wife, 
Beverly and their daughter, Debbie Clark; and a daughter, Carol Avant.

She is survived by 3 daughters: Mary Kazarian and husband, John of Calhoun, 
LA; Sharon Knox of Calhoun, LA and Paula Knox and husband, Earl of West 
Monroe, LA; 1 son, Carl Saterfiel & wife, Sharon of Shelbyville, TX; 1 
brother, Oral Lee Kennedy and wife, Quincy of Farmerville, LA; 1 sister, 
Charlene Kozlowski of Sidney, NY; 19 grandchildren, 36 great grandchildren, 16 
great-great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. Grandsons 
will serve as pallbearers.

Services will be officiated by Bro. Terry Mims and Bro. Matt Taylor.

Visitation will be at Conway Baptist Church on Friday beginning at 6:00 PM. In 
lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Conway Baptist Church 
Parsonage Fund or the church cemetery fund.

The family wishes to express appreciation to Patients Choice Hospice Nursing 
Staff for their kindness and tender care given to our loved one for almost a 
year and to Landmark Nursing Center for their kindness and care.
