SIM SCARBOROUGH

Funeral services for Sim "Junior" Scarborough, 70, will be held at 10:00am 
Saturday, February 21, 2015 at Farrar Funeral Home in Farmerville with Bro. 
Robin Cox officiating, assisted by Elvia Fife. Burial will be in Reppond 
Cemetery in the Dean Community under the direction of Farrar Funeral Home.

Mr. Scarborough, a retired oil field consultant, passed away February 19, 
2015. He was a member of Haile Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents: Sim, Sr. & Ruth Lee Scarborough; 
sisters: Dollie Perot and Judy Fife; and brother: Jimmie Scarborough.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 48 years, Janie Scarborough; mother-
in-law: Jean Smith; 2 daughters: Michelle & fiancé, Joel and Jan & husband, 
Jason; 4 grandsons: Chase, Josh, Slade and Dalton; 1 granddaughter: Emma; 1 
great grandson: Brayden, and numerous nieces, nephews and in-laws.

Pallbearers will be Matthew Smith, Justin Smith, Mason Smith, Jerrod Baker, 
Jonathan Hodge, and Cody Pace. Honorary pallbearer is Logan Fife.

Visitation is 5:00 - 8:00 pm Friday at Farrar Funeral Home.

The family wishes to express special thanks to the doctors and nurses: nurse 
Rhonda Walker, Dr. Archie and Fresenius PD Dialysis Center. A special thank 
you to Dr. Cindy Bimle and Dr. Stuart Melton for all their loving care over 
the years.
