MR. JOHN T. "BUD" SEALE

Monroe, LA

Funeral Services for Mr. John T. "Bud" Seale will be private under the 
direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Monroe, La.

Mr. Seale was born in El Dorado, Arkansas on January 6, 1934 and passed away 
on Wednesday, December 17, 2008 in Monroe, La. He was a U. S. Veteran serving 
during the Korean Conflict in the U. S. Navy for four years as a Chief Petty 
Officer. Prior to his retirement in 1996, he served as Chief Disciplinary 
Council of the Louisiana State Bar Association. Prior to his tenure with the 
State Bar, he was a practicing attorney in Monroe. He formerly served as 
District Attorney for the 6th Judicial District. His community service 
included: Past President of the Local American Legions, past President of the 
Tallulah Rotary and former member of the downtown Monroe Lions Club.

Mr. Seale is preceded in death by his son; Jay Seale, his father; Percy Seale, 
mother; Ruth Seale, and his sister; Ruth Jean Dumas.

Survivors include his wife; Donna Seale, son Brad Seale and wife Alexi of 
Safety Harbor, Florida, sisters; Mary Jo Humphries of Livingston, Texas, Ann 
Greer of Benton, Arkansas, Linda Demann of Shreveport, La. grandchildren; 
Mariah Seale, Brad Seale, Jr. and Jayde Seale all of Safety Harbor, Florida. 
He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
