MULHEARN FUNERAL HOME

WINNSBORO, LA

Services for Mrs. Augusta Searcy, age 89 of Mangham, LA will be at 2:00 P.M. 
Tuesday, November 11, 2008 in the Chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home of Winnsboro 
with Rev. Buford Brady officiating. Burial will follow in Union Methodist 
Church Cemetery near Baskin, LA under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home 
of Winnsboro.

Mrs. Searcy was a retired seamstress and passed away on November 9, 2008. She 
was preceded in death by her husband; Harry Searcy, 2 daughters; Dianne and 
Linda; 2 sons; Robert and Charles, 3 grandchildren; Kerry Searcy, Wayne Searcy 
and Heather Searcy, and sisters; Mary and Gladys Phillips.

Survivors include : Daughter: Janice Searcy and Webb Rodgers of Jonesboro, 
LA.;Sons: Rufus Searcy and wife, Mary of Alexandria,LA.;Rusty Searcy and wife, 
Rosie of Boyce, LA.;P. L. Searcy of Rayville, LA.;Buddy Searcy of Mangham, 
LA.;John Searcy and wife, Rose of Monroe, LA.;Poochie Searcy and wife, Carol 
of South Carolina.;Michael Searcy and wife, Anna of Florida.;B-Boy Searcy and 
wife, Robin of Alabama.;Daughters-in-Law and Son-in-Law:Pat Searcy of Arizona, 
Jean Searcy of Alexandria, LA., Son-in-Law: Jesse Bennett of Mississippi, 
Daughters-in-Law, Penny Searcy Earl of Baskin, LA, and Jeanette Searcy Burgess 
of Mangham, LA.;25 Grandchildren and numerous Great Grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Grandsons.

Honorary Pallbearers will be all grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 12:00 Noon till time of service on Tuesday, November 
11, 2008 at Mulhearn Funeral Home in Winnsboro.

The family would like to give heartfelt thanks to the staff of Franklin Guest 
Home and Charlyn Rehab. for the care and love shown to Grandma.
