WILMER DEAN JR. SHEPHARD

Funeral Services for Wilmer "Butch" Dean Shephard, Jr., 65, of West Monroe, LA 
will be held at 2:00 P.M. Monday, June 3, 2013 in the chapel of Mulhearn 
Funeral Home West Monroe, LA with Rev. John Dallalio officiating. Interment 
will follow in the Greater Apostolic Church Cemetery in Chatham, LA.

Butch was born on April 18, 1948 in Crossett, AR and died on June 1, 2013 at 
his residence in West Monroe, LA. He was a Vietnam Veteran, serving two tours 
as a Gunner and Drill Sergeant. He was a loving husband, Father and 
grandfather. Mr. Shephard also was a Mason, achieving the 32nd Degree Scottish 
Rite. Butch is preceded in death by his parents, Wilmer Dean Shephard, Sr. and 
Sarah Cloteal Reppond Shephard; special aunt, Shirley Boult and many other 
aunts and uncles.

Survivors include his wife, Eloise Shephard; son, Lonny Shephard (Becky Henry) 
and their children, Clara Henry and Sara Shephard; daughters, Renee Frost 
(David) and their children, Logan and Taylor, and Sabrina Shephard (Timothy 
Clark) and their children, Jarold, Stephanie, Mikey Lytle and Tucker Lytle; 
sisters, Hazel Parnell (Greg), Carolyn Sue Mayard, and Julia Clark (Ray); 
brother, Carl Shephard (Cathy); special aunt, Twala Simpson; and numerous 
nieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Sunday, June 2, 2013 at 
Mulhearn Funeral Home West Monroe, LA.

Memorials may be made to the Shriners Hospital for children.
