MARY ANNETTE SIMMONS

Memorial services for Mrs. Mary Annette Simmons, 72, of West Monroe, LA will 
be held at 10:00 AM, Thursday, April 28, 2011 at Bethel Baptist Church of West 
Monroe. Rev. Braxton Humphries will be officiating.

Mrs. Simmons was born January 29, 1939 in Sikes, LA and passed away April 22, 
2011 in West Monroe. She was a retired LPN.

Mrs. Simmons is survived by her husband, Walter Lee Simmons; daughters, Karon 
Kelley, Lisa Bailey, Elaine Center, Angela Simmons; son, Barry Bailey; 
grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and her sister, Patsy Thomas.

Visitation will be held Thursday, April 28, 2011 from 9:00 AM until service 
time at the church.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children Hospital, 
Animal Shelter, or Disabled Veteran's.
