Private family services were held for Mrs. Rita Inzina Simmons, 57, of Monroe. 
She passed away Thursday, August 21, 2008, at St. Francis Medical Center.

Survivors include her husband, Charles E. Simmons; daughter, Amy Masters and 
husband Jack; parents, John and Rose Inzina; two brothers, John and Daniel 
Inzina; and two sisters, Gail Inzina, and Sarah Thrash.
