JEFFREY MICHAEL SIMON

Funeral services for Jeffrey Michael Simon, 47, of West Monroe, LA will be held
at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, January 15, 2014 in the Chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home
in West Monroe, LA with Rev. Chad Merrell officiating. Interment will be held in
Kilpatrick Serenity Gardens Cemetery.

Jeff died January 11, 2014 at his residence.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Ryan Simon and Grandparents, Raymond
and Delores Knowles, Virginia Simmons, and Rene Simon, Sr.

Survivors: Father, Rene Simon, Jr. and wife, Sandra; Mother, Sherry Hammond;
Children, Joshua Simon and wife, Heather, Jordan Simon, and Payton Simon;
Grandsons, Joshua Fox Simon and William Cade Howard; Best Friend and former
wife, Kim Doster; Step-Son, Jakob Doster; Brothers, Mark Simon and Dustin Simon;
Nephews, John Michael and Chase Simon; Aunt and Uncle, Connie and Ricky Fauver.

Visitation will be from 4:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. Tuesday at Mulhearn Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Jeff's funeral expenses.
