JOYCE VIRGINIA ROBERTS ALBRITTON RACHAL MYATT SIMPSON

Funeral services for Joyce "VIRGINIA" Roberts, Albritton, Rachal, Myatt, 
SIMPSON of West Monroe will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, August 13, 2016 in 
the chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Home in West Monroe, Rev. Calvin Cantrell will 
officiate. Interment will be held at McCormick Cemetery.

Virginia lived a full life and touched many people in her 89 years. She passed 
away at Stoneybrook Nursing Home after a long bout with dementia and after 
suffering several strokes.

Virginia had no siblings. She is preceded in death by her parents: George Alvie 
Roberts & Viola Finklea Roberts, both of Union Parish; as well as three 
husbands: O'Dell Albritton, AW (Augusta Washington) Rachal and Durwood Simpson 
all of West Monroe, LA.

She is survived by her son, Ronnie O'Dell Albritton and his wife, Connie Cook 
Albritton of West Monroe; two stepsons, John Augusta Rachal and William "Bill" 
Teal Rachal. John is married to Elizabeth Franklin Rachal of Pineville, LA. 
Bill is married to Phyllis Trim Rachal of Highland, IL.; and one step-daughter, 
Ann Rachal Saxon who is married to Roy Saxon of Dallas, TX.

Virginia has12 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren with one on the way, and 
two great-great grandchildren. Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM until 7:00 
PM, Friday, August 12, 2016 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe.
