Sunday, December 30, 2012 at the First United Methodist Church in West Monroe, LA with Rev. Jon Tellifero officiating. Interment will follow in the Kilpatrick's Serenity Gardens in West Monroe, LA under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home West Monroe, LA. Mrs. Smith was born on April 26, 1916 in Pollock, LA and died in West Monroe, LA on December 27, 2012. She was a member of First United Methodist Church in West Monroe where she sang in the choir, and was also a member of Fellowship Sunday School class. She enjoyed traveling with her friends and doing cross stitch for her family. Mrs. Smith had a witty personality and a positive outlook on life. She was a loving Mother and Grandmother. Mrs. Smith worked at Armstrong Cricket Farm for many years. Bobbie is preceded in death by her husband, Roy Frank Smith, Sr. Survivors include her children, Nancy Tatum and husband, Don, Janice Pinton, and Frank Smith and wife, Lyn; grandchildren, Brian Tatum, Kevin Tatum, Donna Tatum Johnson, Monty Pinton, Jeri Rountree, Amanda Parker, Stephen Smith, Rebekah Smith and Matthew Smith; ten great-grandchildren; and two great-great- grandchildren. Pallbearers will be her grandsons, Brian Tatum, Kevin Tatum, Monty Pinton, Glenn Rountree, Stephen Smith, and Matthew Smith. Honorary Pallbearers will be the Fellowship Sunday School class. Visitation will be held from 4:00 P.M. until 6:00 P.M. Saturday, December 29, 2012 at Mulhearn Funeral Home in West Monroe, LA. Memorials may be made to First United Methodist Church in West Monroe.
