RONALD LEE SMITH

Funeral services for Ronald Lee Smith, 65, of Monroe, will be held at 2:00 PM 
Saturday, February 9, 2013, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home, 
Sterlington Road, Monroe, with Rev. Danny Chance and Rev. Billy Brown 
officiating. Interment will follow at Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery.

Mr. Smith passed away Wednesday, February 6, 2013, at St. Francis Medical 
Center. He served in the U. S. Army as a medic during the Vietnam War. Mr. 
Smith worked for Manville for over 25 years. He was a member of Christian Life 
Church.

Survivors include his wife of 43 years, Judy Moore Smith; two sons, Ronald 
Wayne Smith and wife Melody Diane, and Mark Watson Smith; four grandchildren, 
Neva Kaitlyn Smith, Emily Grace Smith, Brody Lee Smith, and Avery Anne Smith; 
brother, Duane Gordon Smith and wife Phyllis Mae; sister, Diane Brown and 
husband Marty; and many nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Darrel Page, Darrell McKoin, Mark Watson Smith, Jay Wiley, 
Todd Wiley, and Matt Hallford.

Visitation will be Saturday from 1:00 PM until service time at the funeral 
home.
