HEITH "DIC" SMITH

Young's Funeral Home

Ferriday, LA

Funeral services for Mr. Heith "Dic" Smith, 28 ,of Vidalia, LA will be held at 
Young's Funeral Home, Ferriday, on Saturday, September 20, 2008 at 11:00 AM 
with Rev. Ron Ferrington officiating. Interment will follow at Legion Memorial 
Cemetery, Newellton, under the direction of Young's Funeral Home in Ferriday.

Heith was born December 24, 1979 in Natchez, MS and passed away Tuesday 
September 16, 2008 at Franklin Medical Center Winnsboro.

He was a resident of Vidalia, a Driller for D and D Drilling and enjoyed 
drinking beer, coon hunting, deer hunting, dove hunting, riding horses and 
spending time with his girls.

Survivors include his wife Monica Smith of Vidalia, LA; Father and Mother 
Howell and Georgia Smith of Vidalia, LA; three daughters Mikayla, Marleigh and 
Hannah Smith; 1 unborn son-Landon Heith Allen Smith; Father and Mother in Law 
Tommy and Teri Sanders of Natchez, MS; Sister Amy and her husband Jon Lucas of 
Jonesville, LA, Sister Kim and her husband Mack Melton of Vidalia, LA; Niece 
Destiny Lucas of Jonesville, LA; 2 Brother in laws Jay and Jeremy Sanders; 2 
Best friends Derand Snelson and Andy Guillory; His Coon Dog Andy; Numerous 
aunts , uncles and cousins and a Host of-close friends

The Pallbearers will be Andy Guillory, Derand Snelson, Trenton Simmons, Cody 
Shelson, Rusty Jordan,Marion Stewart, Allen Cunningham and Reginald Simmons .

The Honorary Pallbearers will be Brad Smith, Joe Franklin, Dennis Nichols, 
Dustin Tillman, Simon Walley, Joseph "Pops" Williams, Jesse Horton and Dee 
Horton.

The family will receive friends at Young's Funeral Home from 5:00 PM to 9:00 
PM Friday, September 19, 2008 at Youngs Funeral Home in Ferriday. To leave an
