Randy Impson officiating. Interment will follow at Kilpatrick Serenity Gardens Cemetery. Mr. Smith was born August 31, 1938 in Wichita, Kansas and passed away July 1, 2009 at his home in West Monroe. He served in the United States Navy and owned and operated B&C Service Center (now known as Twin City Outdoor Equipment). He was a lifetime member of the National Rifle Association. He is survived by his wife, Jeretta K. Smith; sons, Roger Smith, Scott Smith and wife Barbara, and Jeff Smith; grandchildren, Jacey Meloy and husband Johnny, Travis Smith and wife Amy, Krista Smith, Matthew Smith, Justin Smith, Jordan Smith, and Jake Smith; great grandchildren, Joseph Smith, Madison Smith, Brantley Meloy, and Brodie Meloy; numerous nieces and nephews, and special nephew, Jim Smith. Pallbearers will be Wayne Murrell, Jim Smith, Travis Smith, Jordan Smith, Matt Smith, and Justin Smith and Johnny Meloy. Honorary pallbearers will be Donnie McManus, Steve Clark, Jeff Davis, Charlie Shingler, and Alfred Bryan. Visitation will be from 3:15 PM until service time Friday at Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe.
