Funeral services for Mr. Paul D. Smith, 43, of West Monroe, LA. will be held 
at 10:30 AM on Thursday, August 6, 2009, in the Chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral 
Home, West Monroe with Pastor Mark Foster officiating. Interment will follow 
in the Roselawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery under the direction of the 
Kilpatrick Funeral Home of West Monroe.

Mr. Smith was born September 17, 1965 in Monroe, LA and passed away Sunday, 
August 2, 2009 in West Monroe.

Mr. Smith was a vinyl siding installer in the construction business and 
attended the Pentacostals of the Twin Cities church. He loved to hunt and 
fish. Mr. Smith was a walking miracle having survived a major vehicle accident 
in 2002.

Survivors include his mother Geneva McCardle, father and stepmother Harvey and 
Glenda Smith, two sisters, Paula Hales and Scott, and Dwanna Farr; stepsister 
Kimberly Whitaker, stepbrother Brian McClain; nieces April Massey and Brooke 
Mixon; nephews Edwin Hatten and Bradley Horne; four great nieces Kirsten, 
Bailey, Chloe, and Brenna; special friends, Sam, Tremaine, and Debbie; a close 
personal friend Sandy; and numerous extended family members and friends.

Pallbearers are Edwin Hatten, Bradley Horne, Sam Langston, Kent Tremaine, Joey 
Black, and Jeff Brunson.

Visitation is Wednesday evening, August 5, 2009, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at 
the Kilpatrick Funeral Home of West Monroe, LA.
