REX SMITH
Kilpatrick Funeral Home, Farmerville, LA

Funeral services for Rex Smith, age 50, of Farmerville, LA will be 4:00 PM 
Tuesday, August 18, 2009 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home Chapel in Farmerville. 
Rev. J. L. Williams will officiate the service under the direction of 
Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Farmerville, LA.

Mr. Smith was born in Monroe, LA on November 21, 1958 and died on August 16, 
2009 in West Monroe, LA following a brief illness. Rex truly enjoyed his 
grandchildren and family time. He also enjoyed playing Texas Hold'em, game 
fighting, and hunting. Rex is preceded in death by his parents Porter and 
Ester Smith; brothers, James Kenneth Smith; David Wayne Smith; and Robert Earl 
Smith.

He is survived by his wife Renee Smith of Farmerville, LA; children, Rocky 
Allen Smith; Tony Allen Smith; M'Haley Renee Smith all of Farmerville; 
grandchildren, Eli Smith and Madison Smith; siblings, Carolyn Dunn of West 
Monroe; Thelma Tucker of Farmerville; Sheryl Gary of West Monroe; Jimmy Smith 
of Winterport, ME; and a host of other family and friends.

Visitation will be from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM Monday, August 17, 2009 at 
Kilpatrick Funeral Home Chapel in Farmerville, LA.
