MARGARET SMITH

Funeral services for Margaret Smith of Sterlington, LA will be held at 2:00 
PM, Sunday, May 8, 2016 in the chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Home Monroe. John 
Dobbs will be officiating. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens 
under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home Monroe.

Margaret was born August 4, 1946 in Lambert, MS and passed away May 5, 2016 in 
Sterlington, LA. She was a loving and devoted wife and mother. Margaret taught 
her children how to laugh, how to play, how to love and how to pray. She got 
great joy from spending time with those she loved. Margaret was and will 
always be forever young. She was preceded in death by the love of her life and 
husband of 50 years, Ray Smith.

Mrs. Smith is survived by her daughters; Ursla Smith and Donna Smith; sister, 
Edith Sandifer and husband Harold, brothers-in-law, Wayne Smith and John 
Smith; several loving nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Sunday, May 8, 2016 from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM at 
Kilpatrick Funeral Home Monroe, LA
