PLEASIE GRAY SMITH 

Funeral Services for Pleasie Gray Smith, 73, of Farmerville, LA, will be held 
11:00 A.M. on Monday, August 9, 2010, at Kilpatrick Funeral Home Chapel in 
Farmerville, with Rev. Stanley Brantley and Rev. James Norwood officiating. 
Interment will follow at Mt. Tabor Cemetery under the direction of Kilpatrick 
Funeral Home of Farmerville. Mr. Smith was born on August 10, 1936, in 
Farmerville, LA, and passed away on August 6, 2010, at Glenwood Medical Center 
after a short illness. He is preceded in death by his parents, Jewel F. and 
Holly Smith, siblings, Herold Smith, George Smith, Sally Brantley, and Leola 
Smith. He is survived by one daughter, Sheila Kay Laird, three grandchildren, 
Janice & Donald Foster; Jennifer & Justin Rader; Ashley & Blake Woodward; 
Great-grandchildren, Dustin, Christian and Ethyn; Brother-in-law, Don Ray 
Brantley; Numerous nieces, nephews & special friends. Serving as Pallbearers 
will be Justin Rader, Paul Bailey, Donnie Brantley, Ricky Owens, Kerry Hill, 
and Scott Hill. Honorary Pallbearer will be Floyd Watley. Visitation will be 
held Sunday, August 8, 2010, from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Kilpatrick Funeral 
Home of Farmerville, LA.
