Graveside services for Lonnie R. Smith, 89, of West Monroe will be held at 
2:00 P.M. Monday April 20, 2009 at Kilpatrick Serenity Gardens in West Monroe 
with Rev. Eddie Simmons officiating under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral 
Home in West Monroe.

Mr. Smith died April 16, 2009 at Glenwood Regional Medical Center in West 
Monroe. He was a veteran of the United States Army serving during WWII. Mr. 
Smith was a 32nd degree Mason and Shriner.

Survivors include his daughter, Connie Cassels and husband Benny; 
grandchildren, Kelly Hudnall and Kathy Bower and husband Brad; great 
grandchildren, Connor Hudnall, Hannah Hudnall, Mary Kathryn Bower and Benjamin 
Bower; nieces, Sharon Carter, Laura Beth Anderson and Lurlene Pace.

Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until 12:00 PM Monday at Mulhearn Funeral 
Home in West Monroe, LA.
