WILLIAM MARION JR. SNYDER

Services for William Marion "Bill" Snyder, Jr., 98 of Winnsboro will be 11:00 
AM Saturday, January 7, 2012 in the Mulhearn Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. 
Frances Guy officiating. Interment will follow in the Providence Memorial 
Cemetery-Winnsboro, LA under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home-Winnsboro, 
LA.

Mr. Snyder was born on October 1, 1913 in Como, LA and passed away January 4, 
2012 at his residence. He was a retired engineer and farmer.

He is preceded in death by his parents-William Marion Snyder, Sr. and Linda 
Mae Hodges Snyder and two brothers-Campbell Hodges Snyder and Blackshear 
Hamilton Snyder.

He is survived by his wife of 66 years-Guion Bowie Snyder of Winnsboro; 
William Marion Snyder, III of Richardson, TX; Campbell Snyder of Austin, TX; 
Bowie Snyder of Las Gatos, CA; Guion Snyder Pitts of Lumberton, TX; sister-
Luella Virginia Snyder of Winnsboro; and two grandchildren-Rachel Pitts Gunn 
and Colin David Pitts.

Pallbearers will be John T. Moroni, John Moroni, Clyde Temple, Frank Eckard, 
William Browning, and Wesley Moroni. Honorary pallbearers will be Winnsboro 
State Bank Directors, Franklin Medical Center Directors, and Joe Thomas.

Visitation will be 10:00 AM till service time at the Mulhearn Funeral Home 
Chapel-Winnsboro.

In lieu of flowers donations should be made to Gilbert Methodist Church.
