Frances Guy officiating. Interment will follow in the Providence Memorial Cemetery near Winnsboro, LA under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home-Winnsboro. Visitation will be 1:00PM till service time in the chapel. Mrs. Snyder was born on June 23, 1917 in Vicksburg, MS and passed from this life on December 6, 2014 in West Monroe. She was educated at All Saints School and Ole Miss, married Bill Snyder in 1945, moved to Winnsboro and was a long time member of Gilbert United Methodist Church. She is preceded in death by her husband-Bill Snyder; son-Bill Snyder, III, a brother-Paul Bowie, and sister-Elizabeth Bolls. She is survived by a daughter-Guion Snyder Pitts; two sons-Campbell Hodges Snyder and Stephen Bowie Snyder; a sister-in-law-Luella Synder; a brother-Ben Bowie; two grandchildren-Colin Pitts and Rachel Gunn; daughter-in-law; Linda Metz Snyder, and numerous nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Glenn Harris, Larry Rogers, Ed Bowie, Michael "Bush" Ellerbe, Cam Snyder, and Frank Eckard.
