Funeral services for Mrs. Maybelle Spatafora, 82, of Ruston, LA will be held 
at 10:00 AM Thursday, October 1, 2009 in St. Matthew's Catholic Church with 
Father Joe Puthapally officiating. Interment will follow at St. Matthew's 
Catholic Cemetery under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Monroe.

Mrs. Spatafora was born December 22, 1926 in Bernice, LA and passed away 
September 28, 2009 in Ruston, LA. She was a member of St. Matthew's Catholic 
Church.

She is preceded in death by her husband, T.J. Spatafora; parents, Ulysses and 
Mary Elizabeth Harris Drigger; sister, Eva Cullins; and brothers, Artis 
Drigger and Odis Drigger.

She is survived by her daughter, Rita Taunton and husband Marvin; three 
grandchildren, Christy Gonzalez and David and Eric Taunton; two great 
grandchildren, Kadyn and KaneAndrew Gonzalez; sister, Marie Jackson; and 
numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM Wednesday September 30, 2009 
with a wake service at 6:30 PM Wednesday at Mulhearn Funeral Home, Monroe.

Memorials may be made to St. Matthew's Catholic Church.
