LUTRELL STANLEY

Graveside services for Lutrell "Lou" Stanley of West Monroe, will be held at 
2:00 PM, Friday, April 8, 2016 with Rev. Jeff Thomas officiating at Roselawn 
Memorial Gardens, Calhoun, LA under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of 
Monroe.

Mrs. Stanley was born on November 17, 1941 in Georgia and passed away on April 
5, 2016 in West Monroe, LA. She was retired from CenturyLink and a member of 
First West Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, John W. 
Stanley; parents, Jim and Helen Thomas; in-laws, James and Anita Stanley; 
brother, John Thomas; granddaughter, Julie Raines; and nephew, Stephen Myres.

She is survived by her son, Mark McCurley; grandsons, John McCurley and wife, 
Kendra; Joey McCurley; granddaughter, Mattie McCurley; five great-
grandchildren; sisters, Mary Poplawski, Janice Shields, Alice Myres, Pat 
Thomas, Jimmie Lou Robertson; sister-in-law, Pat Thomas; and many cousins, 
nieces, nephews, and friends.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM on Thursday, April 7, 2016 
at Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Monroe.
