A memorial service celebrating his life will be held at Griffin Funeral Home in West Monroe, LA on Wednesday April 23, 2014 at 2pm with Rev. Butch Pilcher officiating. Steve was born on December 14, 1926 in Rayville, LA. He was a World War II veteran, serving in the United States Navy and retired from the oil field. Steve had a passion for restoring old cars & antiques. He also had a passion for his two granddaughters, Devyn and Dakota, who loved their grandpa's pancakes and strawberry milk. Steve was preceded in death by his parents Mr. Zahari Stinoff and Mrs. Mary Velchoff Stinoff of Monroe LA.
