ADELAIDE (SISSY) STURDIVANT 

Mulhearn Funeral Home West Monroe, LA. 

Funeral services for Adelaide (Sissy) Sturdivant, 82, of West Monroe will be 
held at 11:00AM Monday December 18, 2006 at Mulhearn Memorial Park Mausoleum 
Chapel in Monroe with Rev. Clay Dickson officiating. Burial will be in 
Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery. Mrs. Sturdivant died December 14, 2006 at 
Glenwood Regional Medical Center in West Monroe. She was a member of the West 
Heights Missionary Baptist Church. Mrs. Sturdivant enjoyed cooking, sewing and 
being a housewife and a neighbor who was always willing to help others. Mrs. 
Sturdivant is preceded in death by her son Jackie Earl Sturdivant, three 
brothers and one sister. Survivors include her husband Earl Sturdivant; 
children, Paul Sturdivant and wife Linda, Ricky Sturdivant and wife Renee', 
Lori Taylor, Jamie Sturdivant and wife LaVonne, Kim Pruitt and husband Norman; 
nine grandchildren; two great grand children; brothers, Sidney McQuiller and 
James McQuiller. Visitation will be from 5:00PM until 8:00PM Sunday December 
17, 2006 at Mulhearn Funeral Home in West Monroe. Memorials may be made to the 
Parkinson Foundation.
