MRS. ESSIE LOUISE (EAST) SULLIVAN

Winnfield, LA

Mrs. Essie Louise (East) Sullivan, age 96, of Winnfield, LA., passed away 
Thursday, October 16, 2008, at the Winnfield Nursing and Rehabilitation 
Center. She was a member of Corinth Baptist Church.

She was the daughter of the late William Mattison East and the late Mary Ann 
(McKinney) East. Mrs. Sullivan was also preceded in death by her husband, 
Lehman Sullivan; one daughter, Mary Louise Sullivan; six siblings; and two 
great-grandchildren.

She is survived by her Three Daughters;Lynda Faye Williams and husband Donnie 
of Winnfield, LA., Sandra Little and husband Earnest of Winnfield, LA., Dianne 
Gibson and husband Jim of Natchitoches,LA.;Five Sons, Russell Sullivan and 
wife Jeanette of Winnfield, LA., James Earl Sullivan

and wife Cheryl of West Monroe, LA.; Glenn Sullivan and wife Jackie of 
Jonesville, LA. Danny Ray Sullivan and wife Mary Ann of Jonesboro, LA. Mike 
Sullivan and wife Terri of Ruston, LA.;Twenty One grandchildren, Thirty Three 
great-grandchildren,Nine great-great grandchildren.

Services are under the direction of Southern Funeral Home of Winnfield, LA., 
where the family will receive friends from 5:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. Saturday, 
October 18, 2008 and from noon to service time Sunday, October 19, 2008. 
Funeral service will be at Southern Funeral Home at 2:00 P.M. Sunday, with 
Rev. Kenneth Tarver and Rev. Earnest Little officiating. Interment will be at 
Garden Of Memories Cemetery in Winnfield, LA.

David Sullivan, Rick Sullivan, Todd Williams, Scott Noel, Oliver Neal, and 
Brandon Sullivan will serve as pallbearers.
