JERRY THOMAS SULLIVAN

Funeral services for Mr. Jerry Thomas Sullivan of West Monroe will be 2:00pm 
Friday, October 9, 2015 at the chapel of Griffin Funeral Home West Monroe with 
Don Delukie and Lance Harris officiating. Interment will follow at Roselawn 
Memorial Gardens in Calhoun under the direction of Griffin Funeral Home.

Mr. Sullivan was born April 18, 1956 in West Monroe, La and passed from this 
life on October 5, 2015 in West Monroe at the age of 59. He was a wonderful, 
caring, & loving husband and father who enjoyed woodworking and playing cards.

He is preceded in death by his father, J. T. Sullivan.

Survivors include his wife of 20 years, Connie Sullivan of West Monroe; one 
son, Cody Sullivan & wife Aubrey of West Monroe; one grandson, Zane; his 
mother, Opal Sullivan; two sisters, Theresa Sullivan and Vickie Durrant & 
husband Jimmy all of West Monroe; also survived by a host of extended family 
and friends.
