PHILLIP MICHAEL SWAN

Funeral services for Mr. Phillip Michael Swan, Sr. of West Monroe, LA will be 
2:00pm Wednesday, May 25, 2016 in the chapel of Griffin Funeral Home West 
Monroe. Interment will follow at Serenity Gardens in West Monroe under the 
direction of Griffin Funeral Home West Monroe. Visitation will be from 12:00pm 
until time of service Wednesday at the funeral home.

Mr. Swan was born December 21, 1961 in Monroe, LA and passed from this life on 
May 20, 2016 in Venice, LA at the age of 54. He was employed with Y&S Marine, 
Inc. for 37 years.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Marinell Swan and one brother, Ricky 
Swan.

Survivors include his wife, Valerie Swan of West Monroe; two children, Phillip 
Michael Swan, Jr. and Nicole Ann Swan both of West Monroe; his father, Orval 
Swan of West Monroe; two brothers, Steve Swan and wife Arlene of Farmerville, 
LA and Tommy Swan and wife Debbie of Chatham, LA; one grandchild, Ashton Lane 
Rojas; one future grandchild, Frank Michael Rojas; and a host of extended 
family and friends.

Pallbearers will be Johnny Drawdy, Robert Drawdy, Mike Johnson, Clayton Drawdy, 
Cody Rojas and Eddie Mobley.
