Homer Chapel

Funeral services will be held for Victoria J. Swanson, 58, at the Chapel of 
Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Homer on Saturday, Nov. 29, 2008 at 11:00 A.M. with 
Rev. Richard Fuller and Rev. Dave Paterson, officiating. Interment will follow 
at Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens near Calhoun, LA. The family will receive 
friends at the funeral home on Friday from 4:00 P.M- 7:00 P.M.

Victoria was born Dec. 23, 1949 in Monroe, LA and she entered into rest 
Wednesday, Nov. 26, 2008 in Homer following a lengthy illness.

She is survived by one son, Ronald G. Gill, Jr. and one daughter, Kimberly R. 
McCloy, both of El Dorado, AR; her mother, Mollie Payne Roberts of Homer; two 
sisters, Judy Duffey of Crossett, AR and Rebecca Fant of St. Louis, MO; three 
brothers, Clinton E. Swanson, Jr. of Ruckersville, VA, Galen I. Swanson of 
Foley, AL and Rhett B. Swanson of Benton, AR; three grandchildren, Colby, 
Corey and Caleb Gill; step brothers and sisters, Frances O. McKenzie, Pamela 
R. Heartline, Donald C. Roberts, and Ronald C. Roberts; numerous nieces, 
nephews and other relatives and friends.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to Victoria's beloved care 
giver, Kathy M Haar for her dedicated love and care.

For friends considering memorials honoring Victoria, her family suggests the 
American Cancer Society or Pleasure Point Baptist Church, 495 Peterson Road, 
Homer, LA 71040.
