C.V. Rodgers officiating. Burial will be in Brownville Cemetery in Columbia under the direction of Miller Funeral Home of Monroe. He died Tuesday at Caldwell Memorial Hospital after a brief illness. He was a former saxaphone player for the one time well know Ben Burton Orchestra. He was a deacon of the Zion Traveler Baptist Church.
