FRANCES VIRGINIA TANNER

Funeral services for Frances Virginia Tanner, 82, of Eros, LA will be at 2:00 
P.M., Friday, November 21, 2014 in the chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Home. Rev. 
Charles Tanner will officiate. Interment will follow at Mt. Zion Cemetery, 
Calhoun, LA under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home, West Monroe.

Mrs. Tanner was born June 18, 1932, in Eros, LA and passed away on November 19, 
2014, in West Monroe. She attended Eros United Pentecostal Church and was a 
homemaker. She is preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Everett Tanner; 
parents, Fred and Fannie Johnson; son, Steve Tanner; son-in-law, Gary Williams; 
brother, J.L. Johnson and sister, Arlittie Knox.

Mrs. Tanner is survived by three daughters, Dianne Williams, Wanda Carter and 
husband Edward, Gloria Cox and husband, Don; son, Rev. Charles Tanner and wife, 
Diana; sixteen grandchildren, twenty six great grandchildren and numerous 
nieces and nephews.

Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.

A special thank you to the staff and caregivers at West Monroe Guest House and 
LHC Hospice.

Visitation will be held Thursday, November 20, 2014 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 
p.m. at Kilpatrick Funeral Home, West Monroe.
