Hugh Gower and Bro. Terry Cole officiating. Burial will be in Liberty Cemetery near Linville under the direction of Farrar Funeral Home in Farmerville. Mrs. Taylor, a retired bookkeeper, went to her heavenly home February 14, 2016. She was a lifelong resident of Union Parish and a member of Ward's Chapel Church of Christ. She was an avid fisherman, fishing daily on Lake D'Arbonne. Mrs. Taylor was an excellent cook and loved being a hostess to her friends and family. She enjoyed crocheting, was a talented seamstress and made beautiful porcelain dolls. After retirement, she enjoyed ceramics and friends at the Spearsville Community Center. Mrs. Taylor loved motorcycles and took a cross country ride to California at the age of 76. Mrs. Taylor loved her family dearly and was a fighter that never gave up. She was a very giving and generous soul. She was preceded in death by her parents, Dalton & Eva Hollis; three brothers Jerry Hollis, Bobby Hollis and J.W. Hollis; husbands, John Miller Reynolds and Malcum Taylor; and grandson, Matt Taylor. Left to cherish her memory are her two sons, Jimmy Reynolds & wife Cindy and Pete Reynolds & wife Glenda; daughter, Linda Reynolds Vela; three brothers, David Hollis, Ricky Hollis and Sammy Hollis & wife Cathy; two sister-in-laws, Marcelle Hollis and Freda Hinze; 7 grandchildren, Hope Love (Bill), Shaun Reynolds (Rachel), Stacy Case (Jason), Lisa Leach, Kelly Meeks and fiancé (Matt Cox), Amy Green (Greg) and Carla McPherson (Matt); 13 great grandchildren, Colby Green, Skylar Breen, Caroline McPherson, Jackson Case, Luke Reynolds, Hayden Meeks, Savannah Green, Benton Case, Miles McPherson, Andrew Reynolds, Jude Reynolds, Miller McPherson and Tristan Case. Pallbearers will be Matt McPherson, Greg Green, Bill Love, Jason Case, Colby Green, Tommy Hollis and Greg Vaughn.
