DOUGLAS RAY TAYLOR 

Stephenson-Dearman Funeral Home, Monticello, AR 

Douglas Ray Taylor, age 72 of Monticello passed away Saturday, February 7, 
2009 at the Drew Memorial Hospital in Monticello, AR. Born May 11, 1936 in 
Swartz, LA, he was the son of the late June Taylor and Azlee Gray Taylor. He 
was the retired owner of Monticello Packing Company, a Baptist and a Mason. 
Survivors include his wife of 53 years, Gloria Ann Norris Taylor of 
Monticello; two sons, James Ray Taylor and wife, Annette of Henderson, NV and 
David Dewayne Taylor and wife, Jayne of Monticello; two daughters, Tamara 
Taylor Lewis and husband, Zahn of Fayetteville and Terrie Lee Taylor Wyles and 
husband, Mike of Paducah, KY; one sister, Irene Taylor Richardson of West 
Monroe, LA; nine grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, three step 
grandchildren & one step great grandchild. Funeral Service will be 3 P.M. 
Monday at the Stephenson-Dearman Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Buddy Lemons. 
Memorials may be made to the Arkansas Children's Hopsital or the American
