Funeral services for Jo Edith Thomas, 84, of Monroe, LA will be held at 1:00 
PM, Thursday, July 16, 2015 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Monroe, LA with Bro. 
Gerald Lewis officiating. There will be a visitation from 11:00 AM until the 
time of service at 1:00 PM. Interment will follow at Mulhearn Memorial Park 
under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Monroe.

Mrs. Thomas was born on August 3, 1930 in Cedar Bluff, VA and passed away on 
July 14, 2015 in Monroe, LA. Mrs. Thomas loved the Lord Jesus Christ and her 
family and was a Godly woman. She was preceded in death by her husband, George 
R. Thomas.

She is survived by her daughter, Melissa Jo Thomas Green and husband, Kenneth; 
sons Byron R. Thomas and wife, Mary Jane, George B Thomas and wife, Abbie, John 
T. Thomas and wife, Ramona; grandsons, Ken Green and wife, Michelle, Mark Green 
and wife, Ginger, John Green and wife, Christi, Colby Thomas, Seth Thomas and 
wife, Courtney, Joshua Thomas and wife, Kelley, Jonathan Thomas and wife, 
Carly, Joseph Thomas, Trey Thomas, Hunter Hearn; granddaughter, Kaitlin Thomas 
and fiancé, Aaron Kindrix; sisters, Louise Dowell and Mary Staggs; and also 
survived by 11 great grandchildren and numerous nephews and nieces.

Pallbearers will be the grandsons.
