NELL THORNELL

Funeral services for Nell Thornell, 88, of Monroe, will be held at 11:00 AM 
Monday, May 14, 2012, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington 
Road, Monroe, with Rev. Chad Brooks officiating. Interment will follow at 
Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery.

Mrs. Thornell passed away Friday, May 11, 2012, at St. Francis Medical Center.

Mrs. Thornell was preceded in death by her husband, Garnett Thornell; and son, 
George Thornell.

Survivors include her children, James Thornell of Monroe, Ron Thornell and 
wife Jan of Houston, TX, and Judy Milton of Monroe; grandchildren, Kim McCaa, 
Danielle Vance, Meredith Brooks, Megan Thornell, Justin Thornell, and Sara 
Milton; several great grandchildren, sister, Gladys Hogg of Hattiesburg, MS; 
and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Sunday from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Mulhearn Funeral Home, 
Sterlington Road, Monroe.
