MARLENE THORNHILL


Funeral services for Mrs. Marlene Thornhill will be 10:00 A.M. Friday, July 14, 
2017 in the chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of West Monroe. Rev. Eugene Brown 
will officiate. Interment will follow at Mulhearn Memorial Park in Monroe, LA. 
Visitation will be held from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M, Thursday, July 13, 2017 
at Kilpatrick Funeral Home of West Monroe.

Mrs. Thornhill was born December 24, 1936 in Union Parish and passed away in 
Hot Springs, AR on July 11, 2017. She was the manager of Good Hope Mobile Home 
Estates and a member of Rocky Branch Assembly of God. Mrs. Thornhill is 
preceded in death by her husband, A.C. "Chester" Thornhill; parents, Marvis and 
Rita Albritton; brother, Elgin Albritton; sisters, Sally Brown, Sara McClendon 
and Betty Van Winkle.

Mrs. Thornhill is survived by two sons; Felton Thornhill and wife Sharon and 
Gene Thornhill and wife Shannon; daughter, Cindy Woodham and husband Steve; 
five brothers, Melvin Albritton and wife Peggy, Nathan Albritton and wife 
Shirley, Lynn Albritton and wife Sharon, Jarvin Albritton, and Kalan Albritton; 
three sisters, Linda Wolf and husband Jeff, Dora Albritton, and Debbie 
Albritton; grandchildren, Christopher Woodham, Andrew Woodham, Hillary 
Dickerson, Tiffany Thornhill, Kelsie Ayers, Benjamin Woodham, and nine great-
grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Travis Dickerson, Christopher Woodham, Andrew Woodham, 
Chase Minter and Darryl Minter.
