MYRTLE BELL TONEY

Funeral services for Myrtle Bell Toney, 89, of Rayville, LA will be held at 
2:00 PM, Friday, August 19, 2016 at the First Assembly of God, Rayville with 
Bro. Robert Smith officiating. Interment will follow in the Bethel Cemetery, 
Holly Ridge, LA under the direction of Brown-Holley Funeral Home, Rayville.

Mrs. Myrtle was born July 3, 1927 in Swartz, LA and passed away Tuesday, 
August 16, 2016 in Holly Ridge, LA. She was a member of the Eastside 
Missionary Baptist Church, Monroe, LA.

Mrs. Myrtle is preceded in death by her husband, Gaddis Toney; son, Kenneth 
Toney; grandsons, Scott Toney and Donnie Toney; great grandson, Joshua Duffey; 
sons-in-law, James "Monkey" Duckworth and Ronnie Johnston; 6-sisters and 3-
brothers.

Survivors include her daughters and sons-in-law, Ann Smith and husband, Robert 
of Rayville, Sue Duffey and husband, Cliff of Start, and Marie Toney Johnston 
of Delhi; son, Donald Toney and wife, Vickie of Rayville; daughter-in-law, 
Barbara Toney of Crowville; and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, 
and great-great grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be her grandsons.

Visitation is 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM, Thursday at the First Assembly of God, 
Rayville, LA.
