KENNETH M. TRAHAN

Funeral Services for Mr. Kenneth M. Trahan, 50, of West Monroe, LA, will be 2pm 
Tuesday, May 5, 2015, at McGuire Methodist Church in West Monroe with Josh 
Milliron officiating. Visitation from 10am until time of service. Interment 
will be Wednesday, May 6, 2015, following noon to 2pm visitation and 2pm mass 
at Saints Peter and Paul in Scott, LA. Ken grew up in Alexandria and graduated 
from Holy Savior Menard High School. He received a Bachelor's degree in 
Broadcast Journalism from Northwestern University and a Juris Doctorate from 
Southern University Law School. After law school Ken moved to West Monroe where 
he married his wife Dawn and opened his law practice. Ken was an active member 
of McGuire Methodist Church. Ken was an avid hunter and golfer. His favorite 
times were spent at the camp with his family. He was preceded in death by his 
mother, Ruby Trahan and brother, Al Trahan.

Survivors include his wife, Dawn Moorhead Trahan; daughters, Mary Margaret and 
Tori Trahan; sons, Blair Trahan and Core McCarty; father, Edward Buddie Trahan; 
brother, Ed Trahan (Mia); sisters, Judy Wostel, Toni Shirley (Bill) and Debbie 
Wells (Howard) and a host of family and friends.

Pallbearers will be Marshall Sanson, Bryan Racer, Bobby Manning, Orum Young, 
Kirk Miller and Stewart Daily.

Honorary Pallbearers are Andre Trahan, Buster Brown, Malcom DeCelle and James 
Spivey.

He fought the good fight, finished the course and kept the faith- Timothy 4:7
