Phyllis Kay Travis nee: Parker, 46 of Point Blank, TX will be at 2 p.m. 
Saturday November 8, 1997 at Charity Tabernacle with Bro. C. E. Lott 
officiating. Interment will be at Center Hill, Oakhurst Memorials, Livingston, 
TX under the direction of Cochran Funeral Home. Mrs. Travis died Wednesday 
November 5, 1997 at Memorial Medical Center, Livingston, TX. Mrs. Travis was 
born January 5, 1951 in Bastrop, Louisiana to the union of Emma Jewel 
Buffington and Thomas E. Parker. On August 22, 1968 she was married to Delmas 
Travis.

Survivors include her husband: Delmas Travis of Point Blank, TX; father: 
Thomas Parker of West Monroe, LA; mother; Emma Hattaway of Bastrop, LA; two 
sons, Delmas Travis, Jr. of Houston, TX, and Matthew Thomas Travis of Point 
Blank, TX; daughter: DuAnn Williford of Point Blank, TX; grandson, Zachary T. 
Williford; granddaughter: Keleigh Williford; brothers: Tim Parker of 
Farmerville and Val Parker of Downsville.
