Lt. Col. Edward Jackson Trice, Jr. of South Boston, Virginia, died Wednesday, 
April 29, 2009. He was born in Radford, Virginia on September 21, 1932 and was 
76 years of age.He was married for 51 happy years to Anita Danna Trice, who 
survives.

Lt. Col. Trice was retired from the U. S. Army, having served in the Korean 
Conflict and in Vietnam.

He is survived by, His wife, Anita Danna Trice; one daughter, Ruth Angela 
Maria Trice; one sister, Sally Harvey Trice Green.

Funeral Services will be held Sunday, at 2:30 PM at Powell Funeral Home 
Chapel. Burial will follow in Oak Ridge Cemetery with Military Rites.
