Funeral services for Mr. Glynn Tucker, 75, of Farmerville will be held at 10:00 AM Wednesday at the Farmerville Church of Christ with Bro. Jerry Keene and Bro. Larry White officiating. He passed away on June 29. Interment will be in Liberty Hill/Taylor Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Farrar Funeral Home in Farmerville. Glynn was one of eight children born to Jesse & Willie Tucker. He was a member of the Farmerville Church of Christ, a charter member of the D'Arbonne Range Riders, an avid fox hunter, horseman and sportsman. He retired after 41 years as a shift foreman at Koch Chemical Co. in Sterlington (formerly IMC). Glynn was known to many as "Tuck". Survivors include his wife Joyce Albritton Tucker of Farmerville; 2 daughters: Lynn Fontana & husband, Mickey of Farmerville and Marcie Simpson & husband, Eddie Joe of Jonesboro, LA; 4 granddaughters: Kristin Hutson of West Monroe and Shelby, Lindsey and Jolea Simpson all of Jonesboro; 1 sister: Merle Tucker Antley of Point and numerous extended family and friends. Pallbearers are nephews: Eddie Albritton, Gary Cobb, Jerry Antley, Van Tucker, Michael Tucker, Terry Tucker, Laymond Tucker and Jim Strickland. Honorary pallbearers will be Scotty Tucker, Billy Joe Tucker, Clyde Tucker and Glynn's friends at the coffee shop.
